Bookings \/ deposit<\/h3> [vc_column_text]A deposit of 30% of the price of the whole stay is required for each booking (which can also be made on line).
\nALPENLODGE***LIVIGNO considers bookings finalized once the deposit has been received. The deposit can be made on line (we accept all types of major credit cards) at the time of booking or by bank transfer.[\/vc_column_text]

Cancellations<\/h3> [vc_column_text]In the event of cancellations (whether due to change of plans or no-show), the full amount of the deposit will be retained. If agreed with the customer, it may be applied and valid for another booking.[\/vc_column_text]

Early departures<\/h3> [vc_column_text]In the event of an early departure, the owner of the apartment is not liable for reimbursing the customer.[\/vc_column_text]

Check-in<\/h4> [vc_column_text]Apartments become available to customers at 3 p.m. on the arrival date.[\/vc_column_text]

Check-out<\/h4> [vc_column_text]Apartments must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the departure date.[\/vc_column_text]

Final payment<\/h4> [vc_column_text]Final payment for your stay may be made in cash, by cheque or credit card.[\/vc_column_text]

Household Pets<\/h4> [vc_column_text]ALPENLODGE***LIVIGNO is dog friendly and welcomes small, medium and large size pets completely free of charge.[\/vc_column_text]

Change of linen \/ cleaning service<\/h4> [vc_column_text]Change of linen and cleaning is done every 7 days and is included in the price of stay. However, upon request and for a price of 40 euro, linen can be changed and the apartments may be cleaned as often as you wish.[\/vc_column_text]

Laundry for sports clothing<\/h4> [vc_column_text]Laundry service for summer sports clothing is provided daily upon prior request and for an additional charge of 5 euro per person per request.[\/vc_column_text]

Heated Garage<\/h4> [vc_column_text]Just 30 m. away from the MICHELA HOUSE and BAITA LUNGO RIN facilities, ALPENLODGE***LIVIGNO offers the option of a heated garage for an additional cost of 35 euro per automobile per week.[\/vc_column_text]
